What to Expect
A spacious 3-hour creative session blending guided art-making with a low-dose psilocybin experience:
Arrival & Grounding (15 min): Check-in, settle into the space, gentle orientation
Psilocybin Administration (20 min): 12mg psilocybin administered by licensed facilitator, quiet settling period
Guided Creative Expression (~1½ hours): Extended time for spontaneous art creation (painting or clay) with intentional music, emphasis on joyful expression and somatic awareness
Reflection & Sharing (~30 min): Gentle group discussion, celebration of the creative process (sharing optional)
Closing & Integration (20 min): Grounding, quiet reflection, aftercare guidance

Do I have to take the psilocybin?
No. Participation in dosing is completely optional. You can enjoy the full art therapy experience without it.
How is this different from the 90-minute session?
The 3-hour session uses a low dose (12mg vs. 2mg microdose) and provides significantly more time for creative exploration, emotional expression, and integration.
I'm not artistic. Is this still for me?
