Gentle movement, deep rest, and a carefully measured 2mg microdose of psilocybin — combined into one 90-minute group experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling grounded. What Happens in a Psilocybin Microdose Yoga Session at Vivid Minds
0–10 min | Arrival & Grounding
Check in with your facilitator. Brief orientation to the session, intentions, and safety protocol.
10–25 min | Microdose Administration
Your licensed facilitator administers 2mg of psilocybin on site. Quiet settling period while the dose absorbs.
25–55 min | Gentle Yoga Flow
Slow, supportive movement guided by your facilitator. No intense or athletic poses — focus is on breath, body awareness, and safety throughout.
55–80 min | Sound Bath & Deep Rest
Extended restorative postures. Live or recorded sound frequencies support deep relaxation and inward focus.
80–90 min | Meditation & Integration
Guided meditation, quiet reflection, and grounding before close. Optional journaling or sharing.

On March 3, 2026, Vivid Minds Wellness conducted Colorado's first licensed psilocybin microdose session. Every session follows all Colorado Natural Medicine Division (NMD) protocols under Proposition 122 and is led by a licensed clinical facilitator. All sessions take place at our licensed healing center at 1545 S Broadway, Denver, CO 80210. Participation in the microdose is always optional
