With deep roots in the cannabis and psychedelic space, he brings visionary leadership and a passion for elevating plant medicine through thoughtful, high-integrity experiences.

Manon is a co-founder of Vivid Minds and a passionate advocate for intentional healing and community connection.
She brings warmth, vision, and a deep commitment to creating spaces where people feel safe to explore and grow.
She is currently a facilitator-in-training through the Medicinal Mindfulness Academy and NMHA’s Licensed Facilitator Training Program.
Hi, I'm Nehemiah!
Nehemiah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in neurodivergent-affirming care and trauma-informed healing. She works with neurodivergent adults, complex trauma survivors, and couples navigating the beautiful messiness of connection—especially when nervous systems, sensory needs, and relational patterns don't fit the "standard" mold.
Her approach blends clinical expertise with lived experience, honoring both cutting-edge neuroscience and ancient healing wisdom. She sees therapy as whole-human work—not just about managing symptoms, but about understanding yourself, reclaiming your rhythms, and building a life that actually fits your brain and body.
Nehemiah is currently training as a Licensed Facilitator Candidate in Colorado's Psilocybin Program and studying under a shaman with over 20 years of experience in plant medicine work. She brings deep reverence for the cultural and spiritual roots of psychedelic healing, and believes these medicines can help us access the parts of ourselves that words and logic alone can't reach.
Whether through traditional therapy, preparation and integration support, or future psilocybin-assisted sessions, Nehemiah's work is grounded in one core belief: you are not broken, and you never were. Healing isn't about fixing—it's about returning to who you were before the world told you to be someone else.
Hi, I'm Sarah!
Sarah Rhodes is a Mayo Clinic trained pediatrician who is now wandering the wilds of earth and heart to learn the true nature of healing. Sarah walks the borderlands of neurodivergence and queerness, and holds a deep faith in the inherent belongingness of all beings and the ever-present availability of love. Sarah completed her psychedelic facilitation training through Elemental Psychedelics here in Colorado and through the Synthesis Institute in the Netherlands. Sarah aims to create safe containers for growth that are both expansive and grounded in the body and in the Earth.
Hi, I'm Kendra!
Kendra has worked as a Registered Nurse in end stage disease for 20+ years. The exploration of altered states of consciousness first sparked curiosity and healing during her own cancer diagnosis at a young age and experiencing PTSD, anxiety and depression post remission. That flame was reignited after watching her Grandfather suffer from debilitating end of life anxiety surrounding his own cancer diagnosis and ultimate death; she realized that the Western model of medicine, death and dying needed a transformation. Graduating from the California Institute of Integral Studies Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research Program and pairing the completion of her Death Doula certification has helped her lean into the psychedelic spaces that offer healing and support for modern day physical and mental illness. Her dream is to change the narrative surrounding death from fearful denial to one of peaceful and loving acceptance. Kendra utilizes a strong practice of self care, self exploration, active listening, and meeting clients where they are to create a safe space for healing. Kendra has also found immense healing in the practice of yoga, immersion in Nature, the energy of live music, and animal therapy.
Hi, I'm Ellen!
Ellen came to understand the power of psychedelics later in life, and what a ride it’s been since then, and a full circle moment. At 19 years old, Ellen went on a Vision Quest in the boundary waters of Canada, a life-changing event that allowed her to learn more about indigenous people and rites of passage and set in motion a lifelong quest for purpose and meaning.
Working with plant medicines has been a gift, one which she feels such deep gratitude to be able to share with others. Ellen believes these medicines help heal and align body, mind, spirit and soul in a way that is far different and deeper than traditional modes of therapy. A fundamental belief that drives her work with psychedelics is our inherent human capacity to change, regardless of how or why we feel stuck in life or what traumas we’ve experienced. Her approach to psilocybin sessions is to provide a safe, nurturing, supportive space in which your own inner healer emerges and guides the work that needs to unfold, and whatever unfolds will be welcomed in a non-judgmental way so that you can enter into a deeper relationship with your authentic self.
As a licensed therapist, Ellen also owns a private practice specializing in integrating psychedelic experiences.
