Ellen came to understand the power of psychedelics later in life, and what a ride it’s been since then, and a full circle moment. At 19 years old, Ellen went on a Vision Quest in the boundary waters of Canada, a life-changing event that allowed her to learn more about indigenous people and rites of passage and set in motion a lifelong quest for purpose and meaning.

Working with plant medicines has been a gift, one which she feels such deep gratitude to be able to share with others. Ellen believes these medicines help heal and align body, mind, spirit and soul in a way that is far different and deeper than traditional modes of therapy. A fundamental belief that drives her work with psychedelics is our inherent human capacity to change, regardless of how or why we feel stuck in life or what traumas we’ve experienced. Her approach to psilocybin sessions is to provide a safe, nurturing, supportive space in which your own inner healer emerges and guides the work that needs to unfold, and whatever unfolds will be welcomed in a non-judgmental way so that you can enter into a deeper relationship with your authentic self.

As a licensed therapist, Ellen also owns a private practice specializing in integrating psychedelic experiences.
