A powerful 3-hour session combining extended breathwork sequences with a low-dose psilocybin experience:
Arrival & Grounding (15 min): Check-in with facilitators, intake confirmation, settling into the space
Breathwork Introduction (15 min): Orientation to breath patterns, body awareness preparation
Psilocybin Administration (15 min): 12mg psilocybin administered by licensed facilitator, quiet settling period
Guided Breathwork Journey (~1¼ hours): Extended breathwork sequences led by licensed practitioner, focus on somatic release and expanded awareness
