What Is Psilocybin Integration?
Integration is the process of making meaning from your psilocybin experience and translating insights into lasting change in your daily life. Working with a skilled therapist after your session is often where the most important growth happens.
Why It Matters:
A psilocybin session opens doors. Integration is the process of walking through them. Without support, insights can fade. With the right therapist, they become lasting change.
When to Start:
Most practitioners recommend beginning integration work within one to two weeks of your session while the experience is still vivid and accessible.
How Long It Takes:
There is no fixed timeline. Some clients work with an integration therapist for four to six sessions. Others continue for months. Every journey is different.
