What to Expect
A calming 90-minute group experience blending gentle yoga, sound healing, and meditation with a subtle psilocybin microdose:
Arrival & Grounding (10 min): Check-in, intake confirmation, settle into the space
Microdose Administration (15 min): Optional 2mg psilocybin, quiet settling period
Gentle Yoga Flow (~25 min): Slow, accessible movement guided by your facilitator
Sound Bath & Rest (~25 min): Restorative postures with live sound healing
