Three steps to your seat
You place a $500 deposit and a seat is yours. We get on a private call and go through your health history, your medications, and where you are in your life right now. Then, if it is right, you begin the four calls that prepare you to travel.
The middle step is the screening call. It is a real conversation, not a formality, and it exists so we can make sure the retreat is safe for you and match you with the right facilitator on our team.
The deposit and what it holds
Your $500 deposit reserves your specific seat, whichever room type you choose, shared or private. Placing it also starts your screening process, since screening begins once a deposit is in.
The screening call
The screening call is a friendly conversation, usually about an hour, where we go through your health history, any medications, and what is drawing you to this, so we can make sure the retreat is safe for you and match you with the right facilitator on our team. Most people who complete a screening call go on to join us.

No health questions here. Health history is discussed on your screening call, with a person.
Your $500 deposit is fully refundable if we decide the retreat is not right for you. If you change your mind, it is refundable any time before your screening call is complete, and after that it becomes a credit toward anything we offer.
Cohort confirmation
This cohort confirms once four guests have reserved and completed their screening call. If we fall short, your seat moves to the next cohort with your deposit intact, or you take a full refund. Your choice.
What is not included
The only costs outside your seat price are your travel to Denver and travel insurance. Everything else, lodging, all meals, all local transfers, facilitation, your journeys at the licensed center, preparation, and integration, is included. There are no other costs.
Eligibility and compliance
All guests must be 21 or older. All natural medicine services take place at our licensed healing center under license NMHC-00003.
