Why These Classes

Longer, deeper, and worth returning to.

Some centers move you through in minutes.

We do the opposite, on purpose.

Our classes — yoga, meditation and integration, Open Studio — aren't quick transactions.

They're a room you get to know, faces you recognize, and a ritual worth coming back to.

That's what a fast, transactional model can never replicate.

What to Expect

(Open Studio detail)

Open Studio is a microdose class like the others — same 2mg dosing, same 60-minute format — just built around a rotating, hands-on creative practice instead of movement or stillness.

Expect clay, pressed botanicals, candle-making, or an occasional guest maker.

A great fit if you want the practice without a yoga mat or meditation cushion.

Commonly asked questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to use all 4 of my Blue Key classes every month?

NO - classes don't roll over, but there's no penalty for using fewer. Many members don't use all four every month.

What if I want to switch which days I attend?

You're not locked into a specific day. Use your classes on any Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday class that fits your schedule.

Do I need to fill out paperwork every time?

Just once. Your first class includes a one-time preparation session; after that, it's a quick consent check-in before each class.

Is Open Studio the same as the yoga or meditation classes?

Same dosing, same format length, different practice — Open Studio is creative and hands-on rather than movement- or stillness-based.

Can I bring a friend?

Gold Key members receive two monthly guest passes to bring someone along.

What if I want a class outside my membership tier?

Blue Key members can add an extra class for $90. Drop-in rate for non-members is $150.

The Research Behind Psilocybin Therapy

Psilocybin-assisted therapy is backed by rigorous clinical research from the world’s leading medical institutions. Here are some of the key studies:

Johns Hopkins Psilocybin for Major Depression (2021)

A randomized clinical trial at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine found that two doses of psilocybin, combined with supportive psychotherapy, produced large and rapid reductions in depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder. The effects were four times larger than those typically seen with traditional antidepressants.

Johns Hopkins Effects Last at Least 12 Months (2022)

A follow-up study tracked participants from the original Johns Hopkins depression trial for a full year. At 12 months, 75% of participants still showed a clinical response, and 58% were in full remission from depression — from just one or two psilocybin sessions.

Imperial College London Psilocybin vs. Antidepressant (2021)

In a head-to-head trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine, two doses of psilocybin were compared with a 6-week course of escitalopram (a leading SSRI antidepressant) in patients with moderate-to-severe depression. Remission rates were 57% in the psilocybin group versus 28% in the escitalopram group. Psilocybin also showed faster onset of antidepressant effects and fewer side effects including less drowsiness, sexual dysfunction, and dry mouth.

Johns Hopkins Single-Dose Psilocybin for Depression (2023)

A multi-site, randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial across 11 U.S. research sites found that a single dose of psilocybin, administered with psychological support, produced rapid and significant antidepressant effects in patients with major depressive disorder compared to placebo.

NYU Psilocybin for Cancer Related Distress (2016)

Researchers at NYU Grossman School of Medicine found that a single dose of psilocybin, combined with psychotherapy, produced immediate, substantial, and sustained reductions in anxiety and depression in patients with life-threatening cancer diagnoses. Approximately 80% of participants showed clinically significant decreases in distress that endured for more than six months.

FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation

The U.S. Food & Drug Administration has granted psilocybin “Breakthrough Therapy” designation for treatment-resistant depression. This status is reserved for treatments that demonstrate substantial improvement over existing therapies for serious conditions, and it accelerates the development and review process.
